    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Wayne,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see that you have already tried below method to factory reset the units. The units seem to have gone faulty. I would suggest you to raise a support case for RMA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The RMA will be processed as per support entitlement of the unit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hard reset:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Locate the Reset pin hole on the front panel of the ZD&lt;BR /&gt;Insert a straightened paper clip into the hole&lt;BR /&gt;Press and hold the paper clip for at least 5 seconds&lt;BR /&gt;The Status LED will blink red, then green, when the reset is complete&lt;BR /&gt;After completing the Setup Wizard, the Status LED will be steady green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Sagar Kuber&lt;BR /&gt;Sr. Technical Support Engineer&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>1200 zonedirector unable to reset...</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 1200 zonedirectors that I am unable to factory reset them.&amp;nbsp; When turned on the status and power lights turn green immediately.&amp;nbsp; with an ethernet cable connected to port 1 both port lights turn green but do not blink.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have pushed the f/d button from 5 to 30 seconds and nothing happens.&amp;nbsp; I have tried doing the same to the reset button.&amp;nbsp; Nothing happens.&amp;nbsp; Are these devices bad or is there some specific way to make these devices reset?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wayne&lt;/P&gt;</description>
