      <description>&lt;P&gt;A customer using zd-1200 is having a problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello. I am writing this because a customer using zd-1200 is having a problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The customer is the administrator of zd-1200 and several network infrastructures.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, the customer is currently experiencing a phenomenon in which some information is not displayed on the web interface of zd-1200.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The customer gave me a VDI for remote management, and I checked the phenomenon by logging into the zd1200 the customer is using through the VDI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;System &amp;gt; system info, system settings, all alarm are representative.&lt;BR /&gt;If you look at the attached file, the left side shows information for each menu that is not displayed, and the right side shows information that is displayed normally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The VDI currently being used by the customer appears as shown on the left, and the same appearance appears even after deleting cache and cookies in Chrome and Edge browsers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a solution?&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="3333.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/14327i17C48386F6DEBE51/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="3333.png" alt="3333.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="2222.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/14329i21E7BF280F987DFF/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="2222.png" alt="2222.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="1111.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/14328iDC77E45077A87B78/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="1111.png" alt="1111.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The VDI used by the customer is Citrix VM and is a closed network structure that is not connected to the external Internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope the screenshot in the attached file was helpful.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
