AC is ZD 5100, version 10.0.1.0 build 17

Abnormal situation: Some computers have experienced packet swapping or delay abnormalities when connecting to wlan. Upon checking on the AC, it was found that the AP on the link is not the closest AP.

Consultation: 1. Do you need to enable 802.11r fast roaming

2. The current AC version is too outdated, and is there any slow connection on the latest version of computers and mobile phones.

Hi,

The latest version for ZD5100 is 10.0.1.0.151. 802.11r will help with fast raoming and help the client to roam easily. You can also increase the BSS-min rate on the SSID to have the client connect to closest AP.
