Zone Director 1100 firmware upgrade problem

Dear All,

We are a small school and using 2 pcs ZD1100. One of them has no problem but limited with 6 AP other has 25 AP license pack but we cant update its firmare. I tried everything to make firmware update. Red light blinks and updating is stuch at %0. I waited hours, tried one higher firmware , latest one. They all did not work. It stucks...

I need your help ...

Hi @serimarici,

May I know the browser you have tried to upgrade the ZD with? I suggest using the latest Firefox version and trying to upgrade.

Also, please let us know the currently running version of the ZD and the version you are trying to upgrade it to.

Dear Amith, thank you for your reply.

I tried using SSH connectioun for firmware update. It took almost 3 hours but than its done properly.

Now I am updating step by step by using firmwares in a order.

I used internet explorer at first place.
