Hi,

Please help with below details:

- Zone director firmware version?

- Current AP firmware version? (SSH into an AP and hit a command #get version)

- Please check the release notes from ZD version and check if AP is supported:

- Is the APs reachable to ZD?

- if the AP is reachable try to hit the command "Set director ip <ip address of Zonedirector>" from AP's CLI and reboot the AP and check if the AP is connected with the ZD.

- Zone director firmware version? 10.3.1.0 build 45

- Current AP firmware version? (SSH into an AP and hit a command #get version) R500_104.0.0.0.1347

- Please check the release notes from ZD version and check if AP is supported: Yes, this is supported version

- Is the APs reachable to ZD? Yes, even if we connect any AP, the firmware upgrade shows the same and does not upgrade.

- if the AP is reachable try to hit the command "Set director ip <ip address of Zonedirector>" from AP's CLI and reboot the AP and check if the AP is connected with the ZD. already put the command in AP through putty via CLI, but the issues are not resolved.

It would be great if you create a support case with us and we will assist you: already raise support case but not replied by Ruckus team.

so please provide the solution for the customer's help, we are a distributor, and the maximum tries for troubleshooting from the last two days us.
