How do I configure ZD1200 to authenticate against Google LDAP?

Hi All,

I have tried following the instructions in 'ZoneDirector 10.5.1 (GA) User Guide > Using an External AAA Server > LDAP' but to no avail.

Is there any walkthrough/documentation on this which I can take reference from?

I have searched the support page but is either for a different product/feature (eg. 'Social Auth WLANs for Guest Access' which is not what I wanted) or no solution/response (eg. see Using company google email to authen to use wifi).

I'm also taking reference from 'Google Workspace Help > 4. Connect LDAP clients to the Secure LDAP service'.

Hi @fa

I believe you want to use something like Google Suite SAML Authentication.
This feature is not available in Zone director.
However, you can integrate Zone Director with Ruckus Cloudpath to accomplish this.
