      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi team, I had to downgrade My Zd 1200 to V9 yesterday and now I am not able to upload to default firmware V10 is appear error &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;The support entitlement file is missing or invalid. Please contact ruckus support for further assistance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can see there is problem with license support and my double is how to get temporary&amp;nbsp;license just to upload the V10 firmware&amp;nbsp;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The ZD will try calling home for a support license after a factory reset (which I assume the downgrade has done).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you make sure the ZD can see the internet then it'll pick up either your existing support license or a free 30 day entitlement, then you can do your upgrade. Since older releases fail to upgrade using Chrome/Edge, I recommend you use Firefox to do this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
