      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can not access the device 's web interface .&lt;PRE&gt;I need to reboot my reach .&lt;BR /&gt;After a while, it lost access happening again .
The upper status LED flashes red .
Then simultaneous wireless connections are breaking and coming back.

      <description>Can you give us more info on that ?&lt;BR /&gt;You mean when you set the access points as standalone, you can access the webgui from the ZD1200 again ?&lt;BR /&gt;if so that looks like a network ip addressing issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you should be able to see what happens when you do a packet trace between the ZD1200 and the switch. (most switches, Cisco / HP you can setup a port as monitoring port and connect to that with wireshark).</description>

      <description>I do not have problems when I run the standalone access points. I'm having this problem when I run with Zonedirect 1200. There is no conflict over wired netow rope. I will share with you whether recording package with wire Shark.</description>

its recommend to upgrade to 9.9.1 MR version. May be you can start troubleshooting from there..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;btw - one of my customer's ZD1100 had similar issue for couple of months and upgrading to 9.9.1, problem not seen any more. it was above issue which i mentioned...</description>

      <description>ferdi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if you are trying solve this issue then i would advice that just stick to upgrading either to 9.9.0.0.216 or 9.9.1 MR version. sometime bug fixes does not get carried forward to newer version due to human error.&lt;BR /&gt;If you running a hardware which works only on 9.12.0.0.336 or feature which is on 9.12.0.0.336 then it make sense to contact support get confirmation or review the release notes and then upgrade...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;hope this helps...</description>

      <description>firstly, take the debug file out...send it to support for review.&lt;BR /&gt;I see from logs that controller is kind recovering from crash every one hour...&lt;BR /&gt;Can you please for testing remove the controller from network and see if the crashes/failures stop because sometimes something (malformed packet) coming from the network or AP or user fails it...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if it is really network triggered then you should be able to figure it out in an hour or so...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if it continues, just hard reset the controller, start from scratch...keep the backup file handy BUT i would recommend not to use it in your case...as you may got wrong configuration which is causing this issue...</description>
