topic ZD1100 Boot loop after connecting ethernet. in ZoneDirector

So I got a used 1100 and when I plug it in and connect to the serial port I can see it boot up and prompt me for a username and password to configure from the CLI. As soon as I plug in an ethernet cable it starts cycling through trying to load a flash image and gives me the option to ctr-c to end it and gain a u-boot prompt. Is this just a bad flash that needs fixed or am I looking at something more serious?

So I was able to find a complete boot up serial log from a listing on ebay and it appears to be failing at this part. Leading me to believe that its related to a bad flash or something corrupt in the kernel. Im going to attempt to reflash it and see what that does.

In ar7100_ehci_drv_probe
probing ehci...
hcd->regs is bb000000
