      <description>If I were you.... I would find an old version of Firefox (like version 6 or 12...) and not let it upgrade... and connect with it to the ZD. The ZD software must be very old and only support deprecated crypto.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;You may also have good luck with an older version of IE with all its security options disabled.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;After successful connection, upgrade the software in the ZD following the supported upgrade path.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;I am not aware if you could upload newer firmware and start the upgrade via SSH, but it's worth checking.</description>

      <description>Hi Michael,&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;I have faced this issue in the past when accessing the ZD running on older software.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;I have tried Firefox portable version 30.0 to resolve it.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;If the ZD is running on older version, I would recommend to upgrade it if possible.       <description>Hi Michael,&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;You are facing this issue because ZD seems running on 9.6 version which only supports TLS 1.0 security but same is not supported by modern browsers.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;To overcome from this, there are two solution:&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;OL alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value=""&gt;&lt;LI alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value=""&gt;Use a browser which supports TLS 1.0. Chrome browser before version 48, FireFox browser before version 44, as suggested by Sanjay.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value=""&gt;Upgrade the ZD to 9.7 or higher version (You can use ZD CLI to upgrade the ZD or you can use 1st solution, access the controller GUI and then upgrade to 9.7 or above version).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;You can also refer below article which more information about this issue.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;A alt="" href="https://support.ruckuswireless.com/articles/000005847" name="" rel="nofollow" target="" title="Link httpssupportruckuswirelesscomarticles000005847" type="" value=""&gt;https://support.ruckuswireless.com/articles/000005847&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;Syamantak Omer</description>

      <description>Hi Michael,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ZD1100 is a old device with limited hardware resources, hence upgrade may take more time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you do not see anything happening for a long time (for more than 15 minutes) then you can try rebooting the ZD and wait for it boot up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If issue is still not resolved, please open a case with support.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Syamantak Omer</description>

      <description>I used Firefox version 43 and successfully connected to the web-based GUI. Thank you very much for all for kind assistance. Much appreciated.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;Now I faced another problem, I cannot upgrade the firmware from 9.5 to 9.7. I just submitted a support case (Case ID: 01003728) and hope the problem can be solved.</description>
