The access point ZF7363 is not connected to the controller ZD1205 (9.10). What to do?

9.10 still supports ZF7363, so it must work. Factory reset AP, than log to AP through SSH , send command: "set director ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" (xxx means ZD IP address, of cause), reboot. Than AP must find ZD. If still unsuccessful, check if it has ZD version software, not SCG version.
This you can check from SSH: "get scg", it will get error if it is software for ZD, and scg setting status if it's SCG version.

Hello Andrey,

The Ruckus APs use the standard TCP port 22 for SSH and the default user name is "super" and password "sp-admin" for all the APs unless you change it to something else.

I changed the firmware on the access point (9.4).Now it works!

Hi!
Try to factory reset the AP and to upgrade it to the new standalone firmware (100.1..).
After it you could connect it to ZD1205 like usual. It should work.

I need original firmware for Ruckus ZF7363. Xeltek SuperPro I loaded machine
