Hello My name is Roman.
Interested in extending the support system Ruckus ZoneDirecktor (WiFi system in the office and in production) for 5 years.
How can this be organized?

What model ZoneDirector is it you have? How many APs do you have connected?

All I can say is that the system is Ruckus ZoneDirecktor and also there is a syrian number

Hi Roman,
Unfortunately I cannot help without the model type of your ZoneDirector, as many of the earlier models are end of sale and most likely it will not be possible to purchase support on these models.
EoS models include: ZD1000, ZD1100, ZD3000, ZD5000.

Ruckus Wireless ZoneDirector 1205 , and two Ruckus Wireless ZoneFlex R500 .

Both your ZD1200 and R500 model APs are recent and can work together.
Do you know what version of firmware is running on your ZD? (see Dashboard in WebUI)
