    <description>Hi Abdullah,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have the serial connection good ? and also like putty to comx: ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If so, power off the SZ100 and wait 10 sec, and then back on. You should see the bootup process of the unit.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kind regards&lt;BR /&gt;Martin</description>

      <title>SZ100 not pinging after reset</title>

      <description>i am changing the management ip to 192.168.1.1 to another network 192.168.11.1 but got error message something like "ip cannot change static route not defied &amp;nbsp;" like that&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;than I reset the ZS100 and now its default ip is not pinging and status light is gree.</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I assume you mean the SZ100&lt;BR /&gt;If so, take a console cable and connect it up, and check via serial link.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Login to the device and do a show interface.&lt;BR /&gt;This will give you the current ip address assigned to the device.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kind regards&lt;BR /&gt;Martin</description>
