    <description>The info you provided is a bit scarce. Do you even have a ZD on site and is configured correctly for guest usage? What FW? Maybe the guest SSID has encryption enabled, so you will need to know the WLAN key before you can access the guest portal to input your guest key.

      <title>Guest pass not working, asking for wifi network security key</title>

      <description>I'm running a ASUS N550 with Windows 8.  There's two networks at my apartment using Ruckus.  One of them works just fine, but when I try to get access to the other, instead of taking me to the Ruckus Guess Access page when I click on the network, it just asks for a network key.</description>
