&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;I think opening a support ticket will be much faster to check these issues and fix them.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;There are several things involved in the above issues.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;UL&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;Client compatibility.&lt;/LI&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;Radius server configuration.&lt;/LI&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;RF health.&lt;/LI&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;Client WLAN card and its driver.&lt;/LI&gt; 
&lt;/UL&gt; 
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;If you are a advance user, try to take packet captures (OTA/WiFi sniffer captures) for each client type which is failing and analyze it for the failure.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Check Radius logs and radius captures to see if connection is failing during controller to radius communication.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Issue Connection 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz can not stable</title>

      <description>&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;I have got issue within this below&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;-2.4 dan 5 ghz enable some windows connect successful ( 802.1x authentication)&lt;BR /&gt;-2.4 Ghz only some windows successful connect ( 802.1x authentication)&lt;BR /&gt;-5 GHz Only windows can not connect ( 802.1x authentication)&lt;BR /&gt;-Windows connect 5ghz only using preshared key SSID, can connect successfully.&lt;BR /&gt;macOS with 802.1x authentication always disconnect while walking away from AP, roam not successful.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;note:&amp;nbsp; we are using ZD1200 , firmware 10.5 build 190,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
