I have very interesting problem. I am using ZD1106 with the firmware 9.8.2.0 build 15 with 4 piece 7982 AP. Some phones, for example, samsung j2 (happened today) freezes when the access point is within range. The phone screen freezes and phone need to go to a remote location that the access point does not transmit SSID for turn the phone on again. Need to forget the Ruckus SSID from android settings in a remote location to use the phone again in the building. I know, it is very strange and unlogic but it happens 2-3 times in 3 or 4 years. Is here any suggestion?

That happen a few times in 4-5 year. The phones belong to the customers so don't know if the phones are up to date. I cannot check the phones because, they are frozen at the building.
