R300 Apple connection

Hello:

I'm setting up a few R300 AP's in conjuction with a cable modem for home-wide connection.

Laptops are up and running,but Apple devices(Both Iphones and Ipads) are not even connecting.Both 2.4 and 5ghz frequencies are configured....

I'm stumped....

Hi,

What encryption you have configured on the SSID ?

Did you try with an open SSID ?

Encryption is:

WPA2-AES-PSK

Hi Strider ,

Can you create a test ssid without encryption and see it it connects.

Hey,Munish:

I tried connecting with a new SSID and no passwords....It didn't work.

I also tried cold resetting the AP and tried connecting without encryption...Nothing.

The thing is that the laptop works in any configuration.It's just the Apple devices....

Hi Strider,

Is it in standalone mode ? Try to reproduce the issue and share the debugs/logs .
The issue could be related to supported rates or client device itself.

1. Enable all data rates, including 1mbps.
2. Restart the idevice
