Ruckus VF2825 Firmware problem

Hello, I was checking this link:

and trying to upgrade the firmware (4.2.0.0.7), however, the upgrade
wasn't smooth (I waited like 5 mins but it turns into a blank page after 100% so i reboot) and now I can't set up my wireless at all. May I have some support?

I was trying to downgrade the firmware but found out that I couldn't use the local file to update ( have to upgrade through internet files)

Can you please tell me where you got this v2825 Wil?

Version 4.2.0.0.7 is not an official release, so I cannot say that it will upgrade correctly.
