topic AP bottom "leg" pads - glue? in ZoneDirector

We are using mostly zf7982's. There are four "composite" pads on the bottom "legs" / spacers.

About 10% of the new APs we purchased lose a pad or two during flat-drop ceiling installation. The pad glue seems inadequate

Any of you guys having this similar problem?
