Walled garden failure

Hello, I have a hotspot with walled garden configured.
Does walled garden cause any blocking of redirects ?

My initial hotspot URL redirect is to:
https://mwaklconnect1.domain.forest/portal/MW_Onboarding_portal/preview/?show

After authentication on this URL, it is then redirected to: 'https://mwaklconnect1.domain.forest/portal/MW_Onboarding_portal/preview/success

Therefore, I want to allow unauthenticated walled garden access to 'https://mwaklconnect1.domain.forest/portal/MW_Onboarding_portal/preview/success'.
In the walled garden whitelist I have already made an entry for:
10.21.250.153/32 (which is the IP address of mwaklconnect1.domain.forest.
I have also made an entry for 'https://mwaklconnect1.domain.forest/portal/MW_Onboarding_portal/preview/success'

Why am I still being blocked from accessing these URLS i.e. have I not configured the walled garden whitelist correctly ?
Does walled garden cause any blocking of redirects ? - perhaps this is what is happening.

What happens if you try the full subnet mask?

Yes I have already tried the full subnet mask of /32 and also /24 with the same negative result.
