What is the exact procedure to upgrade the firmware of the ZoneDirector 1106 from version 9.1.1.0 build 58 to the newest version. We download version 9.4.2.0.29 but the upload failed and the ZoneDirector is not responding. Please help...

Please open a support case. We can probably recover the ZD and then help you get the upgrade completed. It's likely in "rescue mode" - which is explained here: https://support.ruckuswireless.com/an...
