As per your query,You are having issue AP joining to ZD,Precisely .APs syncing issue with ZD.
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
Please provide below mentioned details which will help us to offer adequate  troubleshooting steps:
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
1.What is the firmware being used in ZD
&lt;BR /&gt;
(Refer to ZD GUI&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Dashboard&amp;gt;&amp;gt;system overview&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Software version)
&lt;BR /&gt;
2.Are APs and ZD in the same IP subnet.
&lt;BR /&gt;
3.Do you see APs (ZD GUI&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Monitor &amp;gt;&amp;gt;Access points) listed as "disconnected" or see no APs shown .
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
I would really appreciate if you could help us with above mentioned details.

1.What is the firmware being used in ZD  -   9.5.1.0 build 50
&lt;BR /&gt;
2.Are APs and ZD in the same IP subnet. - Yes same segment
&lt;BR /&gt;
3.Do you see APs (ZD GUI&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Monitor &amp;gt;&amp;gt;Access points) listed as "disconnected" or see no APs shown . - Yes "disconnected" AP's are listed.
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
As mentioned earlier,kindly guide us how to troubleshoot this type of issues.</description>

Now, first thing we need to make sure that we have ping connectivity from ZD to AP and Vice versa.
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
Do we have VLANs configured on the ports where APs and ZD are connected or it just a flat network?
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
How about the IP assignment for AP and ZD?
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
Here I mean whether you are using external DHCP server or ZD DHCP server.
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
Also I like to know if APs are ZD in the same site or remote to each other.
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
Here are the steps which might help you to resolve the issue:
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
1.If you see ping going from ZD to AP then you can execute  below mentioned commands.
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
Take a SSH session providing AP IP address and credentials.
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
Set director ip 
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
Ex: 
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
set director ip 192.168.15.65
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
where ZD IP address=192.168.15.65
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
2.If there is no ping connectivity then you can reset the AP by pressing and holding the reset the button for 8-10 secs.
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
see if ZD GUI&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Monitor &amp;gt;&amp;gt;Access points &amp;gt;concerned AP &amp;gt;&amp;gt;provisioning
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
Please follow above mentioned steps which might resolve your issue and if not do reply me with info requested.
