Generated Guest wifi codes cannot be printed in Chrome

Generated Guest wifi codes cannot be printed in Chrome, they can be printed in IE11 (after pop up block is disabled). I already have turned off my pop up blocker in Chrome but still I the default.html page cant be printed. What do I have to change?

Hi Eric,

Could you confirm below details.

1- ZD's firmware version.
2- AP model in use.
3- Chrome software version.
4- Try from incognito window of Chrome and from a different PC. See if that works.

The 4th option seems to be working. If I use an incognito tab then the printing page is shown indeed.

In most of GUI related issue, it's a good idea to clear the browser cache/cookies and try again.

I am glad to know that it fixed the issue.
