      <description>We have just taken on an account that has a Zone Director 3000 I have not seen this kit before we have no ID or Password for the unit and do not wish to loose its current config. Is there a way to retrieve the current password or a way to re set it to known details?</description>

      <description>Btw, if they didn't change it (bad security), the default is uid = admin, pw = admin.</description>
