      <description>Hi Macherla,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you please check your network is running or having any issue. You can extract AP tech support by navigating to monitor-APs and click on system info to download AP tech support?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How is the frequency of the issue?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.ruckuswireless.com/answers/000001658" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.ruckuswireless.com/answers/000001658&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also refer above KB article if it is rebooting due to heartbeat lost and this could be network issue so please verify ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Raghavendra.&amp;nbsp;</description>
