However, a few of them have recently found that the option in the provisioning screen on their phone no longer has the "click here" for manually obtaining their password. <BR /><BR /> Only affecting Android and only since the latest update (9.8.1) I think. An affected student is emailing a screenshot from her phone later in the day.
