    <description>Hi Rob,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;when "ZD 1200 Web UI stops responding when connected to customer LAN". Did you check the following and what was the outcome?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;are you able to ping ZD1200?&lt;BR /&gt;are you able to SSH into ZD1200?&lt;BR /&gt;If you connect wired directly to controller, are you able to access the controller?&lt;BR /&gt;what is the error thrown when web UI stops responding?&lt;BR /&gt;did you try in a different browser and on a different computer?&lt;BR /&gt;when ZD 1200 Web UI stops responding, what happens after that...does it remain like this for ever or it comes back after some minutes.hours?&lt;BR /&gt;when ZD 1200 Web UI stops responding, do the AP remain connected and online?&lt;BR /&gt;what happens if you reboot the controller, does the webui get restored after reboot?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;sorry too many questions...</description>

      <title>ZD 1200 Web UI stops responding after 30-60 seconds when connected to customers

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ZD 1200 running latest 9.10 firmware.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6 x 7372 AP's connected via Cisco SG300-10 PoE switch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried different IP's on the same LAN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried putting the ZD in a DMZ and restricted firewall access to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cyberoam CR100iNG firewall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Juniper EX4400 (x5 in virtual chassis)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the ZD is not connected to the customers LAN, it works without issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suggestions please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ping works fine when UI stops responding.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SSH also stops responding when UI fails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wired directly to the ZD does not work either once the UI stops responding.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried multiple computers and different browsers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ZD&amp;nbsp;remains not responding for ever until power cycled.&amp;nbsp; I have left the ZD for a over 48 hours in this state.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The AP's stop communicating to the ZD as well.&amp;nbsp; RADUIS authentication also fails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes the UI comes back up when power cycled, but only for 30-60 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ruckus already have replaced the ZD once, this is a brand new installation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your prompt response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
