      <description>Users not being prompted to sign into ruckus by browser.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes they are and sometimes it takes several attempts before they are ever prompted to enter their credentials.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know what can cause this issue?</description>

      <description>The APs are R500's with Zone Director ZD1200 running version 9.12.2.0 build 204.&amp;nbsp; The clients are running Windows 7 Pro (x64) with IE11, WLAN is using wpa2/open.&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please let me know if you need more info.&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Mark</description>
