Connect to your home or business network. &lt;BR /&gt;2: check the ip address on you adapter. can you ping for instance to your router? Yes? go to 3&lt;BR /&gt;3: Connect your AP to the same network.&lt;BR /&gt;4: Hit the reset button on the accespoint (while its on) for 10 seconds, WAIT till the power signal turn red. &lt;BR /&gt;5: Run a discovery on your network and look for the accespoint (use for instance Advanced ip scanner)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Succes&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ps: is there an active support contract on your ap? can you contact Ruckus Support?</description>

      <description>The T300, T301s have the Hard Reset button inside the case, next to where the Eth cable connects.&lt;BR /&gt;My first thought for your issue from above, was to be sure you had factory defaulted the R310 AP too.</description>
