topic 5 GHz Channel Strengths in Wireless Questions and Best Practices

I have been trying to sort out which channels have which power, especially with regard to Ruckus gear. From what I gather:

Channels 149 and above are the strongest (1W)
Channels 100-140 are limited to 250mW
Channels below 100 are limited to 50mW.

Is the above correct? I seem to be having troubles tracking down the specifics on channel strength limitations.

Thanks,
In the USA, the FCC regulates WiFi with a maximum EIRP (combined radio xmit
power, antenna gain, minus attenuation due to cables/connectors). Ruckus AP
radios/antennas adhere to the FCC specifications.

U-NII 1 Indoor - channels 36,40,44,48
USA: 200 mW EIRP
EU: 200 mW EIRP

UNII 1 Low - channels 52,56,60,64
USA: 1 W EIRP
EU: 200 mW EIRP

UNII 2 - channels 100,104,108.112,116,120,124,128,132,136,140
USA: 1 W EIRP
EU: 1 W EIRP

UNII 3 (or ISM) - channels 149,153,157,161
USA: 4 W EIRP
