I have to change a ZD3000 (25 licenses) broken,
I bought a ZD3000 (50 licenses) reconditioned,
I do NOT have the configuration of the old ZD3000.
Will the APs (ZF7982) recognize the new ZD3000 ?
They are in a warehouse at 30-50 feet height, so they are difficult to access all of them :(
Can I buy a telephone support package to assist in replacing the ZD controllerunit?

      <description>Hi Nat,&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;You may have to give the same IP/subnet, Gateway, Management VLAN&amp;nbsp; configuration which was given to the old Zone Director 3000(25 license) to the new ZD 3000(50 License). That way, AP's would try to rejoin the new ZD. &lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;</description>
