Hello,

Could you please confirm if you are trying to log in to the Unleashed remote portal account or the Unleashed controller through webUI?

You can enter the unleashed master/controller AP IP address in the browser and use the login password, which you configured during the initial setup phase of the unleashed controller, and log in to the unleashed controller

Also, is this via Unleashed app which you are trying?
If yes share the screen shot of the page you are trying to login along with the Unleashed version.
