topic bss-minrate command isn't changing the basic rate set in Unleased 200.18.x firmware in Unleashed

I've configured three SSIDs, one per band (2.4G, 5G, 6G), and for each SSID I have the bss-minrate configured for 24M. The AP radios are still announcing the basic rate set as default (2.4G = 1, 2, 5.5, 6, 9, 11, 12, 24) (5G = 6, 12, 24), (6G = 6, 12, 24). I'm using WiFi Explorer Pro to see this, but of course WireShark shows the same. Has anyone else run into this? Is there something I'm missing? Thanks!

Enter the ap mode using #ap-mode.
2. Check the WLAN list using #get wlanlist. Note the WLAN number against the SSID.

3.
