      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My current R310 firmware was 104.0.0.0.1347&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some AP I manage to upgraded the firmware to 200.7.10.202.145(Unleased)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only 3 units R310 from the same floor, after upgraded to unleased&amp;nbsp;200.7.10.202.145. The CTL green light keep blinking(Perhaps it unable join to the Master?). 2.4 and 5Ghz is orange colour. I have press the reset button for 20 seconds and upload the&amp;nbsp;200.7.10.202.145 firmware again. Still the same issues. Need help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi RUC22 ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting your query !!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand that AP showing CTL Green light keep blinking and not able to join the Master and you&lt;BR /&gt;have already tried reset and upgrade but the issue remains the same&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please try to reset once more as shown below :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Locate the reset button on the Unleashed AP. It is usually a small hole on the back or bottom of the device.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Use a paperclip or similar object to press and hold the reset button for at least 10 seconds.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Release the reset button and wait for the AP to reboot.&lt;BR /&gt;4.
