One R550 won't upgrade

Hello,

I have a bunch of R550's one was upgraded to the same firmware as the others from a file on my pc. I've tried downloading again as well as using an older firmware.

I've tried a few different unleashed firmwares for the r550 - no luck on just this one AP.

R550_200.18.7.1.302.bl7 is the current one I'm using.

I've rebooted that AP a few times.

I just tried uploading the 200.18 firmware to it again. - Stuck on downloading firmware for at least 20 minutes - eventually just do something else

There is more than one place you can try to apply it - there is also when you go to the AP list it will ask you to upgrade it.

If you select CLEAN - again it doesn't do anything

Online upgrade doesn't work either

When I go to the AP list and remove it from the group it just rejoins

Hi,

Could you please disconnect the AP from the network and factory default the AP? Then try upgrading the AP firmware.

If still issue persist, I would request you to create a Ticket with us to further troubleshoot the issue.
