Ruckus Access Point R650 filtering connected user by MAC Address

Hi everyone,

I'm using Ruckus R650 Unleashed,I want to use mac filtering to prevent unknown user connecting to my AP. I already make the list in the Access Control menu. And I already user the mac filtering in the authentication method, and set the Access Control Layer 2 to my listed user mac address. But when I use my phone that already listed on the mac address list, I failed to connect. When I check the diagnostic it said that fails authentication too many times in a row when joining WLAN.

Can anyone tell me if my setting is missing something or maybe wrong?

Hi,

Please disable the force DHCP under WLAN>> Advanced options>> others.
