Ruckus Unleashed R310: Malfunction after successful configuration

Hi,

my name is Thomas and i´ve purchased 1x R320, 1x R510 and 1x ICX7150-c12p to exhange my home network here with Ruckus Gear (in Germany).

I have followed all introduction steps for the unleashed setup. I got the success message on the webinterface, that unleashed is now configured. I can switch to my "new" WLAN. But the new WLAN does not appear on my mobile devices.

The PWR LED flashes green, CTL is permanently green.
The LEDs for 2.4G or 5G WiFI are permanently off.

The configuration WLAN “Configure.ME-xxxxx” is still displayed, but a WLAN connection to set it up cannot be established.

Same behavior also after an Unleashed configuration on the R510. I urgently need some kind of support.
I come from an IT background myself, but this has made me desperate for 2 days.
