Resetting the without knowing the password and can't reach the AP

Hello,

We can see and even get to the login page for the AP but the factory default PW does not work. The former tenant is gone so we have no maintenance on the unit. The AP is really high so we'd probably have to pay about $60 just to rent a scissor lift. Is there any way to reset it if you don't know the PW and don't have the means to reach it physically?

There are only two ways to factory reset an AP.

1. via the AP CLI command set factory

2. via the button on the AP itself.

So sorry to inform you, you will need to get a scissor lift to reset the AP.
