I'm able to login to the device but unable to do a few things, like upgrade to the Unleashed firmware. In the Maintenance Menu I select Upgrade, then Local &amp; then Firmware - nothing happens. No option to select a file on my PC.</P><P>I've Reset the device using the button on the back - nothing changes.</P><P>I cannot Reset using the Maintenance Menu option.
