Good morning, in my company I have a wifi network whith 6 ruckus r510 unleashed.

they have never been updated.

I decided to update them, starting from 200.6.xxx. The first update was done to get to 200.7.
I followed the guide, from web interface, admin & services, administer, update: online upgrade. the update started and updated the master and all the others.

t worked. now I wanted to proceed in small steps to get to the latest update. but from the web interface, it is no longer possible to update, I no longer see the firmware and the other access points, under the update item of administer.

the network works perfectly and in the web interface all the other menus work perfectly.

Hope you are doing well ,

If I understand correctly, you are encountering a grayed-out button when attempting to upgrade via the web UI. I recommend using a Firefox web browser and trying again.

You can jump from 200.7 to the lasted version available for the R510.

Check the release notes on each version for this there is a section for the upgrade path.

WOW!!!!!

it was so easy!

with firefox I see the update tab again!!!
I had tried: chrome, edge, vivaldi, but not firefox.
