&lt;P&gt;- What is the current firmware version running on both the Unleashed Master and the APs?&lt;BR /&gt;- Have there been any recent firmware updates or software changes?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Are there any error messages or unusual log entries around the time of the reboots?&lt;BR /&gt;- Is the AP located in an area with high interference or signal congestion?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Is the heartbeat loss issue occurring across all APs or only specific ones?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

Here's the detail:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- What is the current firmware version running on both the Unleashed Master and the APs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;+&amp;nbsp;R310_200.7.10.202.145&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Have there been any recent firmware updates or software changes?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;+ Yes, updated to the latest firmware above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Are there any error messages or unusual log entries around the time of the reboots?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;+ I dont think so, but you could check the logs I've sent earlier.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Everyday my AP had 2-3 times randomly rebooted with the same message "application reboot" in logs. It's really frustrating. change country, set manual channel, and reset the device already done a few times with no fix at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Update: I'm done using this brand/product. thank you.&amp;nbsp; case closed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
