Hello, I have 56 Aps in unleash and need to convert to smartzone.

I have software upgrade one with version 116.0.0.0.1655, it connects to SCG, but takes too long to upgrade to 7.0.0.0.6365.

Anyone knows where can I make download of 7.0.0.0.6365 for R350 AP?

To download firmware version 7.0.0.0.6365 for your R350 AP, log in to the Ruckus Support portal and navigate to the firmware downloads section. Search for your AP model or the target SmartZone firmware version, ensuring it is compatible with your controller. If the specific version is unavailable, contact Ruckus Support to request access. Also, confirm that your SmartZone Controller and APs have the necessary licenses for the firmware.
