Unleashed e-mail

Hi all,

We are having an issue with an AP that randomly reboots. When this happens we would like to receive an e-mail. Is this possible? I enabled the email server option and test mails arrive. But no mail is sent when the AP reboots. Is this by design?

You need to configure the SMTP server here is a short guide how to do it with google :

Then enable the email alerts

Hi Fernando,

Thank yoy for your awnser. I've enabled alarms, and a manual reboot results in an e-mail being send. I'll let you know if an e-mail is send when it randomly reboots.
