2 Masters issue at unleashed APs

Hello All,

I have R510 x 6 units, R320 x 16 units, T610S x 2 units & T310S x 1 units. All of firmware version are 200.15.6.112.54 (Unleashed). I created one of R510 AP as a Master.

But I have some issues. All APs are ok but one of another R510 AP is going Master. So I have 2 Master APs.

I really want to only one master APs. How can I fix it? Thanks.

Hi @HEINHTETWIN

The AP should have only one master until they are on two different VLAN ? Can you confirm all APs are on same Vlan and if yes I would suggest to open a TAC case with both Master APs debug log to identify the reason and provide a fix.
