hi admin....i got 1 ap R550..after upgrade from unleashed to standalone mode..i cannot enter the default password...already reset many times..but super/sp-admin cannot pass...pls help

Please use mozilla firefox browser and check if you are able to enter credentials

We would like to login to AP CLI and execute following commands and then try to login to WEBUI and verify the behavior

set https enable

set http enable

May i know which version of standalone is installed on R550.

Have you tried to login to AP CLI and executed below commands

We would like to login to AP CLI and execute following commands and then try to login to WEBUI and verify the behavior

set https enable

set http enable

set lighttpd disable

Please use mozilla browser to login to AP WEBUI

Please execute and verify the behavior on the WEBUI.

Try to use Firefox browser, and open a new private window (tab) to access the AP, it may able to input the default super/sp-admin account now. In case you have more that 1 AP, you may need to close the tab and re-open a new private window (tab) for each AP to input the username & password.

I am not sure above method can solve you issue or not, but it works for me in our case. Yeah, it doesn't make sense and I have no idea why we need to close and re-open a private window for each AP, it's supposed no cookie/cache or username/password being saved. Anyway, give it a try~

You are welcome! By the way, another input, just found last 2 weeks... this unleashed version make the AP can only recognize the other Ruckus APs in the SAME subnet, that means in case you have put the unleashed version AP in different internal subnets, ONLY the APs in one of the subnet would be recognized depends on which one to be elected as master automatically. (Because the unleashed AP only works in layer 2 not layer 3, there has no field to input the IP for the master AP, that's a big shortcoming of the firmware indeed~)
