5GHZ NOT WORKING TO EVERYONE

R650 access point unleashed version (updated version )

issue is
2.4 and 5 ghz radio is enabled but some of the clients only connecting in the 5 ghz radio and most of them are connecting in the 2.4 ghz radio , if they are standing directly below the ap also they are connecting in 2.4 ghz only why? what is the reason ?

in their existing ap quantum all the users are using 5ghz then why cant they connect in ruckus r650 kindly clearify this issue asap

Some considerations:

What controller are you using?
If you disable the 2.4 radio will the clients connect to the 5 Ghz?
What are your band steering settings?
Is is possible some clients do not have 5 Ghz capability?
