Hi, everyone.

I have a Ruckus Unleashed network with 4 APs that were upgraded from 200.14.6.1.179 to 200.15.6.12.304. After that upgrade, several modern Macs (M1 chipset, latest OS) were unable to connect. Unleashed diagnostics reports this cryptic error "(code 2) Failed in association procedure". Forgetting networks on the Macs, confirming passwords, etc., nothing worked. Downgrading the network to 200.14.6.1.179 did work, and those same exact machines can now associate with no problem.

Any advice on how to address this?

Thanks!

-James
