Admin password not working after hard reset

Hi all,

Bought a second hand R550 AP (901-R550-WW00 on the sticker) and want to flash to Unleashed, but can't log in.

I've performed the usual hard reset (10s on button), and can join the WLAN (ConfigureMe.xxxxx via S/N password) or via cable. I can get to the web page (192.168.0.1), and via SSH, but the usual logins (admin/admin and admin/sp-admin) don't work.

Any advice, or should I be sending it back?

Hi @ctx219 ,

The default username is "super" ( not admin ) and the default password is correct ( sp-admin). Could you please try it and let us know the result.

Its still not letting me log in ?

I'm also attempting to login from SSH says invalid
