&lt;P&gt;Are you a Lennar Home owner?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, you may need to check if switch is configured properly. You can test thing by connecting a laptop on one of the switch ports (on access port) and see if you get IP and internet access.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was having problems with my switch so I went ahead and did the physical factory reset for the switch and then the access points. I followed all the steps and downloaded the Ruckus Unleashed app and set up the WiFi but when it was all complete, I get a message saying “Internet connection is down” in red and it shows 1 switch but in red too. What do I need to do now?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
