Another AP disconnected on R310

Hi guys, a few days ago I buy 2 ruckus R310. I setup 2 AP on the same switch, on the same subnet. There is no issue on this situation.

But when I'm unplug another AP into diffrerent switch (but still on the same subnet) the other is disconnected.

is there I missed? what should I do ?

If you plug a PC into the second switch port, do you get an IP address and can you ping the first AP on the first switch?
Otw, it appears to be network.
